You are not what you think you are?what you think, you are. Everyday hundreds of thoughts flash into our mind. Some fleetingly come and go while others linger. What we think about most is what begins to shape our world. The very things we think about begin to show up. We think about buying a particular make and model car and low and behold, that make and model begins to pop up everywhere. If it is true that we become what we think about, is it not time for us to begin to think about what we are thinking about? Should we not analyze our thoughts and confirm that they represent who we want to become? What we look at and what we listen to influence our thoughts to a great degree, so by looking at and listening to different things we can change our thoughts and consequently change our future.
